My little helper tonight. During the holidays I ate some serious junk (I have a major sweet tooth) and now I feel gross, so I’m trying to detox and eat lots of veggies to get my energy back up. Here’s how to make this super healthy detox soup:
Use a large pot so you have leftovers and fill it about 1/3 of the way with water. Add a veggie bullion cube and half a jar of your favorite tomato sauce. Turn heat up to medium and add the following in this order…
1. Add in sea salt, Italian dried herbs, freshly cracked pepper (to taste).
2. After about 10 minutes add in chopped kale and basil, cook just until they begin to wilt and then serve!
