Ambler is a bustling village covering less than one square mile, located about 16 miles to the north of downtown Philadelphia. Ambler originally grew around mills and farmland in the 18th century. Today, Ambler retains lots of well-preserved historic architecture along with hip bars, shops, restaurants, and lots of fun things to do. The community hosts various events throughout the year, including a weekly farmers market and a monthly First Fridays festival with arts and live music. Ambler is well connected to Philadelphia via the Ambler SEPTA rail station in the heart of the downtown area.

Ambler’s housing mix includes elegant stone mansions and original colonial properties dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries. There are also spacious contemporary single-family homes and townhouses within walking distance of downtown amenities. At the high end of the market, Ambler features spectacular multi-million dollar acreage estates with striking architecture and equestrian facilities.
