Real estate update! Since March 18, all real estate related activities have been shut down in PA. The only exception to this rule was if a home went under contract before this time period (March 18), we were allowed to close on it with mostly virtual communication and activity. New exceptions to this rule have just been listed! Mainly, if you are in NEED of housing due to going under contract or terminating a rental before March 18, you are now allowed to resume showings with your agent. However, there are also new safety rules in place, such as... Only 2 persons allowed into the home at a time and everyone must wear masks, gloves, shoe covers and practice social distancing.
